Episode # 24 – CLICK HERE to LISTEN
Our story begins at the British School of Osteopathy in London. It’s where Lucy and Ed met and studied for four years, both of us coming to osteopathy after previous degrees: Lucy had received a degree in cultural studies from McGill university and Ed had a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Exeter University. From there, after a bit of searching, Lucy took a leap into teaching yoga, which led her to osteopathy. Ed used his degree to work with sports teams and then, through personal experience getting help with a knee injury, he too discovered osteopathy.
We realised we needed to show our clients WHY their bodies had gotten into trouble so that they could understand the root cause of their illness or injury. We love showing people how interconnected the body is. We love it when people say “Ah-ha, now I get it”. It is very gratifying when people understand – and feel – how a tight hip has caused a shoulder injury or how relaxed their jaw feels after we’ve worked on their shoulders. That kind of “ah-ha moment” is empowering for patients because understanding why something has happened means they can do something about it.
We truly hope that we can help you reconnect with your health, help you to move freely and to understand the interconnected nature of your body through treatment that addresses not only the places that hurt but the places that have contributed to the problem.

Laurel Williamson– Owner of Simplify Bookkeeping & Consulting Services
Episode # 32 – CLICK HERE to LISTEN
As a little girl, I was always starting businesses, ice-tea stands; shoveling snow; raking leaves… I cannot remember a time when I did not have the entrepreneurial drive. In my twenties, I started a candle kiosk in Market Mall, which I named Shadows. It was an incredible experience, and I mainly learned by trial and error. I worked all the time, I learned the value of being able to delegate. During these seven years, I hired three bookkeepers, although they all were independent I found the experience very frustrating. Communication was poor, the made no suggestions, they asked no questions and one time my paperwork came back smelling of cigarettes! Due to this experience, I learned to do my own bookkeeping. When my rent in the mall increased yet again, and the mall underwent another major reconstruction, I decided that it was time for my next adventure.
I attended SAIT, H & R Tax School, hired mentors and threw myself into my new passion… Bookkeeping. Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the numbers and the information that it provided me as a business owner. I was also passionate that I could offer other entrepreneurs a different experience in a way of true support. As a life-long learner I have continued to take many courses in business, book-keeping and personal self-development to further my skills and knowledge.

John Breeze– It’s All About Connecting– Calgary Business & Leadership Coach
Episode # 34 – CLICK HERE TO LISTEN
My interest is to find ways of making your business work, bringing it into balance with the rest of your life. So, once I get you clear about what you really want, my job is to help you get there. I’ll help you design your vision, plan your journey, make it real. I’ll hold you accountable for your own successes and cheer your learning from your setbacks.
I love asking “why?” and “what?”, as in “what’s the outcome you want from this?”, or “what do you want to do with [fill in the blank] when you get it?” I’m really persistent in discovering what my clients really want, and why. I want them to become equally persistent with their clients, because I love working with people who have the mindset to create for their clients’ true needs, rather than their wants.
Advisor, Mentor, Coach: that grey hair (what there is of it) represents forty-plus years experience in business operations, financial management and operations thinking. Senior roles in management, engineering, recruiting and consulting are part of that experience.
Be prepared for me to ask questions that have you think deeply about what you’re really looking for and how to get there. As you discover your vision and your purpose, you’ll discover and start exercising muscles that you never knew existed!

Episode #73 – CLICK HERE TO LISTEN
Before my husband and I had children, I went to school and got my degree in Criminal Justice. I secured a job at Court of Queens Bench right after I graduated working for the divorce department. In 8 months I quickly climbed the ladder and became the backup supervisor. While learning about the process and forms, myself and a colleague used are time and created more efficient forms and internal procedures that made the department flow smoother. We both won awards from the Government of Alberta in recognition of what we accomplished.
I worked there for a few wonderful years and became acting supervisor before I had my first child. Unfortunately working for the Government of Alberta did not provide the flexibility I required now that I had a growing family. I left and stayed home to raise our family – I should note we now have two kids! Now that they are older and are independent little humans, I have decided to use my skills and offer my knowledge to help couples who are looking for a quick and easy divorce.
Making that decision is stressful enough and lawyers can be expensive. So I have created my company for those couples who divorces are uncontested and all financial matters and children of the marriage are resolved. I provide an alternative to pricey lawyers.
I can provide the help you need from beginning to end and everything in between.

I would describe myself as a fun, energetic, and outgoing person.
I have been very fortunate to have travelled to many wonderful and unique places in the world. From yachting in the pacific coast of Vancouver, to lobster feasting in Nova Scotia, Canada, to the entertainment districts like Los Angeles, Orlando in the USA, to petting Kangaroos in Australia, shopping in the city that never sleeps in Hong Kong, to complete relaxation in the Caribbean ocean and much more. Along the way, we headed on a number of road trips, stayed at countless all-inclusive resorts, taken a few cruises, and engaged in guided and self-guided tours.
I love researching and gathering information for travelers. I will assist you on your travel plans, just like I would put together my own. I am passionate about what I do. Your travel plan will be tailored to you, as it is YOUR TRIP!
Besides having a fulfilling travel experience, the most important question I ask is “What is the one thing that you want to achieve at the end of your trip?”
For me, it is seeing my loved ones faces as they experience unique moments during our travel. I want all of us to have an everlasting memory about each trip, to be able to talk and laugh about them for years to come. It’s about creating life experiences and memories.
“Travel.
